Cruising offers an efficient, luxurious vantage point to discover a destination, and often at an incredible value. This is especially true for a large island nation, such as Japan.
We are thrilled to embark upon a 14-day circumnavigation of the land of the rising sun! We will be sailing in style with Silversea Cruises, aboard the beautiful Silver Muse.
This afternoon we drive to the bustling metropolis of Osaka, Japan’s 3rd largest city, to board the ship. Once onboard we enjoy a delightful lunch al fresco at the Pool Grill. The Muse boasts 13 distinct dining outlets, which is amazing on such a small ship (less than 600 passengers).
Our day concludes with a delicious dinner at La Terazza (Italian cuisine), before drawing anchor and beginning our adventure. Next stop, Kagoshima…
