Celebrating Thanksgiving on Explora I

Over the past 16 months, I’ve had the privilege of sailing aboard Explora I for 75 days, a journey that has allowed me to witness her growth from her inaugural voyage to the shining star she is today in the ultra-luxury cruise market. From the very beginning, Explora I set a high standard and has only continued to elevate itself, winning numerous awards, including Best for Wellbeing, Overall Best Cuisine, and Best Ocean Luxury Cruise Line.

From day one to day seventy-five, this ship has consistently impressed. The crew remains as engaged and attentive as ever, the cuisine is simply sublime, and the atmosphere continues to be warm and inviting. They’ve upped their game with a variety of onboard activities, enriching lectures, and more passenger engagement. The 'experiences' (or excursions) on this trip garnered rave reviews, further highlighting the exceptional offerings aboard.

One of the highlights of my journey was spending Thanksgiving onboard, where Explora I honored the tradition of classic dishes, blending them with a touch of innovation. It was a special and memorable meal that truly captured the essence of holiday dining at sea.

A huge thank you to Alex for always ensuring the food and beverages are impeccably presented, to Nicole for making me feel at home, and to @Franckgaranger, who continuously creates amazing new dishes while maintaining that signature five-star service.
