Kareem George here, on location at The Imperial, New Delhi. This hotel is a true Art Deco masterpiece and is filled with charming features. I am so happy to return, finding many wonderful renovations and new developments.
This is a hotel for those who value a strong sense of place. I feel as though I have stepped back in time, but maintained the comforts of the present day. The environment is warm and welcoming and the service is of the highest level.
I will have a short stay, but will make the most of it, enjoying the serene spa, new yoga sanctum, and dining at The Spice Route and San Gimignano…

Since its debut, The Spice Route has been fascinating diners from the world over with its mural art, ancient temple pillars, and awe-inspiring philosophy, visible across nine intriguing storied sections to the open courtyard. The journey of Asian cuisine at The Spice Route begins from the corners of East Asia through Java to India, presenting a modern yet epicurean Asian plate dining experience for all.
San Gimignano sticks to its Italian roots with personalized, unobtrusive service and authentic Italian fare. Hand-knotted pasta, flavorful pizza, and other signature cooking give breadth and depth at once.

The Imperial, New Delhi possesses an incredible team led by Louis Sailer. It was great to spend time with Louis during my visit as well as the lovely Ruchi.
